Blake Sloggy did not plan on building a career in logistics. Like many young professionals, he started in one field and found his path in another. What stands out is how quickly he adapted and grew in a fast-moving industry.

Today, he works as a Logistics Account Executive and has helped open a new office in Chattanooga, Tennessee. His story is shaped by discipline, consistency, and a strong work ethic.

“I didn’t know much about logistics when I started,” Blake says. “But I knew I was willing to work and learn.”

Early Life and Competitive Mindset

Blake was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and raised in Oconomowoc. Sports played a big role in his early years. He spent time playing soccer and later focused more on tennis.

He was also active outside of school. He joined a local snowmobile club and spent time fishing. These experiences helped shape his mindset.

“Growing up, I was always doing something competitive or outdoors,” he says. “It taught me discipline early.” That mindset carried into his education. Blake attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where he studied finance. His focus was clear. Build a stable career and develop practical skills.
